The Bootleg Belly is about creating feasting experiences as an alternative to mainstream dining. We are offer pop-ups, catering and bespoke events. Each Bootleg pop-up revolves around a theme and menu unique to that event; so no Bootleg event will ever be the same!
Justin (chef) started running supper clubs in 2011 alongside stints in catering and restaurants in London and Leeds including Head Chef at Kendall’s Bistro. So keep an eye out for our forthcoming pop-ups at various locations and upcoming events ‘popping up’ across Yorkshire and beyond…
We also run ‘Burgoo’ – our catering arm aimed at providing British, different and delicious street food at festivals, events and private catering.
Our food is based on the best of British, seasonal ingredients. We also want to champion our great British veggies – so vegetarian and veg-heavy dishes feature just as strongly as meaty treats in what we like to offer.
