- We take reservations via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we ask for any dietary requirements in advance of the event.
- We will send out the menu and related information in advance of our ‘pop-up restaurant’ events
- Bookings are confirmed by advanced ticket payment via paypal after e-mail bookings are received. Our refund policy includes:
- If you find you are unable to come and can let us know up to 2 weeks prior to the event then we can refund your ticket price in full, minus a small admin fee that Paypal charges us.
- If you find you are unable to come and let us know within less than 2 weeks – 48 hours of notice of the event then we can refund 50% of your ticket price. (If we are able to re-sell your ticket then we will refund the full amount less the Paypal admin fee.)
- If you find you are unable to attend and let us know with less than 48 hours notice then we are sorry but we will be unable to offer any refund if the ticket cannot be taken (and paid for) by someone else.
- If we cancel an event then we will refund your ticket price in full.
